Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of PageStack services, payments are generally non-refundable once page generation, deployment, or project work has begun.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact [email protected] and we will review the matter promptly.

Page Ownership Option

Customers who wish to independently host their pages may purchase the Page Ownership Option for $997 one-time. Upon transfer, the customer receives ownership of their delivered pages and becomes responsible for hosting, SSL, deployment, indexing, and maintenance. PageStack retains ownership of all platform software, templates, design systems, prompt architecture, and proprietary technology.
