PageStack is a subscription-based software platform that creates, hosts, deploys, and manages local SEO pages. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, photos, branding assets, and project details. PageStack may refuse service to businesses involved in illegal activity, deceptive marketing practices, trademark infringement, spam, or other prohibited conduct.
No Guarantees
PageStack makes no guarantees regarding rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageStack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Modifications
PageStack reserves the right to modify features, functionality, pricing, and services at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
